Nicola McGrane

Nicola established Conference Partners International (CPI) in Ireland in 1998 and the business has since expanded its reach to the UK and Central Europe. With a strong emphasis on partnering with leading researchers and innovators, CPI has bid for and delivered over 500 International meetings. Over the past 19 years, CPI’s portfolio of expertise has grown to encompass Core PCO and Association Management Services. Renowned for her ability to identify opportunities, Nicola’s creative thinking and strategic advice has been sought at the highest level by numerous Associations, Corporations and Industry bodies. Nicola is wholly committed to developing the business tourism industry in Ireland, the UK and abroad. She is a founding member of The Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers (AIPCO) and was a passionate council member for the International Association of Professional Conference Organisers (IAPCO) for 5 years. Nicola gives generously of her expertise and hands on skills for the benefit of others and loves to share this experience with rising stars of the global meetings industry.

Mathias Posch

Mathias Posch is President and Partner of International Conference Services (ICS). With its Headquarters in Vancouver, Canada and branch offices in Toronto, Denver, London, Vienna & Barcelona, the company manages conferences around the globe – in 38 countries on 6 continents thus far. Mathias is Vice President of IAPCO, represents the organisation on the Events Industry Council and leads the IAPCO Ambassador Programme. He is a respected industry expert and has been invited to speak at numerous international and national conferences. He was a Faculty Member of the IAPCO Wolfsberg Annual Seminar as well as the Meetings MasterClass and has presented at many IAPCO EDGE and other Industry Seminars.

Ori Lahav

Ori Lahav joined Kenes in 2013 as AVP Marketing, bringing more than 15 years of marketing experience to the management team. Ori’s expertise includes implementing marketing strategies, ATL/BTL and leading digital campaigns in online/social media channels. He began his career in the communications industry, where he held marketing positions at Internet, voice and mobile telecom providers. This was followed by a senior role in the automotive sector with a start-up that raised US$ 900M to manufacture electric cars. After 4 years in the company, Ori moved to managing the Client Accounts & Operations unit. In the beginning of 2017, Ori also became an IAPCO Council Member (IAPCO – the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers). Ori holds a BA in Statistics from the University of Haifa and an MBA from the University of Derby, UK.

Patrizia Semprebene Buongiorno

Patrizia has been the Managing Director of AIM Congress of AIM Group International for the past 15 years and she is actually Vice-President for AIM Group International. She has been President of IAPCO and a member of the IAPCO Training Academy and she also teaches tourism management and marketing at the Universities of Economics of Rome and Milan. She also serves as co-Chair of INCON. (Global Partnership also in Conferences and Events). The medical-scientific world has always been the focal point of Patrizia, nevertheless the Group diversification into other market segments has reached new heights. The full management of congresses, meetings and events on behalf of associations, corporations and institutions is the Group’s core business which employs more than 400 permanent staff in 16 cities worldwide. As a volunteer leader Patrizia is Secretary General of Fimac, the International Foundation Doctors for Central Africa, which is a non profit organization that aims to improve the health conditions of people in Central Africa through cooperative humanitarian projects.

Giorgio Nardone

Giorgio Nardone is an Italian psychologist and psychotherapist. He founded the Strategic Therapy Centre of Arezzo, of which he is the only direct pupil and successor of Paul Watzlawick. He is considered the most prominent representative of the Palo Alto School of thought. Alongside Professor Nardone’s clinical work, his activities and research also include communication and strategic problem solving applied to managerial contexts and artistic and sport performances. His theoretical and applied formulations are considered in themselves a “school of thought” and he inspires scholars and professionals worldwide. His presence in conferences and seminars is highly sought after all around the world, and he has been invited to present his work in over 36 countries.

Dharma Cristiano Botti

Dharma Cristiano Botti is a percussionist, songwriter and team builder. In 2010 he became a Drum Circle Facilitator, qualified by Arthur Hull & Village Music Circles in Scotland after several years of experience as a freelance experiential trainer within both business and educational environments. In 2011 he founded OneBeat to offer high quality rhythmic events and projects for corporate events. At present OneBeat is the leader of the Italian market, collaborating and contributing to Italy’s best events and training sessions for prestigious companies and corporations.
