OIC Group has partnered with Firenze Convention & Visitors Bureau and Firenze Fiera to organize an incredibly rich educational seminar that will simultaneously highlight the local Florentine meetings industry and culture.

The Firenze Convention & Visitors Bureau is a group of dynamic individuals and true Florence experts that aim to bring top quality events to the city including conferences, destination weddings, and much more. The group uses its vast resources to assist event planners and PCOs in every phase of organization, from venue selection to event day support. The FCB has the largest network of Florence hotels, conference facilities, and event suppliers. Leveraging these relationships and local knowledge, the team is able to procure the most competitive rates while making the entire planning process seamless and time effective for all involved.

Firenze Fiera manages several of the largest venues in Florence covering over 120.000 square meters of space perfect for conventions and meetings, fairs, international exhibitions, concerts, and everything in between. The Firenze Fiera team supports event planners and PCOs from event design to catering, and also has a dedicated press and communications office. Among Firenze Fiera’s prestigious venues is Villa Victoria, the venue selected for the IAPCO EDGE Florence seminar.

The Food for Good program donates unconsumed food prepared for events to the Banco Alimentare association, a charity distributing over 88,000 meals at their own charity foodbank – as well as food supplies to local families in need.
